Regardless of team size we ensure a unified professional look across all employee profiles. On average we photograph around 5 people per hour — so a team of 30 fits comfortably into a full day including setup and breaks. Got a different team size? Just ask and we'll work it out together.

Each team member receives 1 finished headshot: Basic Retouch - stray hairs gone, skin / hair tweaks on request, and colour-graded so every profile looks its best.

​At your office, ideally a space larger than an average garage with good ceiling height.

Send us a snap beforehand and we'll confirm it works. If not, we'll arrange a suitable local alternative together.

On the day: We'll guide every team member on posing, expression, and wardrobe — so no one needs to worry about what to do in front of the camera.
